Law of Conservation of Angular Momentum: L=Iω (Put simply, you turn slower if your arms & legs are spread out; you turn faster if they're closer to your body!  Think á la seconde turns vs. pencil turns.)

Einstein's Energy-Mass Equivalence Equation: E=mc² (E is energy, m is mass, and c is the speed of light, with is almost 300,000,000 m/s.  Mass can be converted into a LOT of energy!  So eat your vegetables...)

Newton's First Law: An object will remain at rest or in motion unless acted on by an external force.  (OR put another way: A dancer will remain stretching or dancing until your dance teacher comes over & corrects you, lol.)
